Estimating

Over a 12 year span, we have estimated almost a billion dollars worth of work from small renovations up to several large estates in the 20 million range (just building costs).

Owner's Representative Work

As an Owner's Representative, we reviewed all construction budgets and soft cost budgets on behalf of the owner/investor. This included review and approval of requisitions, contracts, schedules and also facilitating the design meetings as part of the team. (some projects are listed below and when you add in soft & land costs it was over 1 billion in total budgets being tracked.)

Retired Priests Home / Riverdale, NY / Addition / 40,500 SQFT / $20,000,000.00 / 43 bed assisted living facility for retired priests. Assisted in design development coordination and several rounds of early budgeting

Developer Residences / New York, NY / New / 736,000 SQFT / $560,000,000.00 / 7 building complex including demolition 4 buildings and conversion of the Saint Vincent's hospital into 270 Luxury Apartments, 5 townhouses and retail/office space saving 2 buildings and one facade. This Project was performed with Union contractors

Grammercy Park South / New York, NY / Reno / 80,000 SQFT / $45,000,000.00 / Renovation of a 19 story women's dormitory into a 16 unit luxury condominium building

Rockaway Courthouse / Far Rockaway, NY / Reno / 31,800 SQFT / $9,500,000.00 / Renovation of an old courthouse into medical offices. Restoration of the original limestone facade and an addition of 10,500 SQFT
